The KS Project architectural practice was founded in 2012 based in Mykonos by Konstantina Syngkiridi, and expanded to Athens in 2021. Our office takes on the architectural design, the supervision and the construction of projects, the issuance of building permits, and provides consulting services. Our services cater to new constructions, renovations of residential and commercial properties, as well as extensions of existing buildings.
Our philosophy is to approach each project as a unique piece of work. Regardless of the size or budget of the assignment, each time is a new challenge for us to produce quality work.
Our goal is consistently to achieve an excellent result by providing accurate information at all stages of the process, meeting the client's requirements and desires to their total satisfaction.
